About

Clarity is not something people simply find.
It is something they develop.

I'm Tania Russell, a Positive Psychology Practitioner with a Master of Science in Positive Psychology. My work focuses on helping individuals quiet mental noise, understand their patterns more clearly, and make decisions that align with their well-being and long-term growth.

Many of the people who come to me are capable, thoughtful individuals who appear successful and composed on the outside. Yet internally they may be navigating emotional overload, relationship questions, boundary challenges, or a persistent sense of misalignment.

When the mind is crowded with pressure, expectations, and competing responsibilities, clarity becomes difficult. My work helps individuals slow down that internal noise so they can see their situation more honestly and move forward with greater confidence.

My Approach

The scientific study of human flourishing.

My work is grounded in Positive Psychology, the scientific study of human flourishing and optimal functioning. Rather than focusing solely on problems or deficits, Positive Psychology explores the conditions that help people thrive, build resilience, and create meaningful lives.

I integrate several evidence-based frameworks, including:

  • Positive Psychology research
  • Cognitive Behavioral Coaching
  • Emotional regulation practices
  • Character strengths development
  • Structured reflective inquiry

This is not therapy, and it is not motivational coaching. It is a thoughtful, structured process designed to help people reconnect with their own clarity and internal stability.

Why This Work Matters

A pattern I kept noticing.

Over time, I began to notice a common pattern among many capable and accomplished women. They were skilled at caring for others, managing responsibilities, and maintaining a strong presence in their professional and personal lives — yet often struggled to extend the same level of care, clarity, and honesty toward themselves.

They felt responsible for everyone else's well-being. They pushed forward even when emotionally depleted. They stayed in situations that no longer felt aligned because leaving felt too complicated.

Clarity does not come from forcing change. It comes from understanding ourselves more honestly.

You are not alone in that process.
